Belgium-Luxembourg: Stakeholder consultation on the draft performance plan for RP4, actual costs and cost risk sharing for 2023 and unit rate for 2025

The elements that will be discussed will be the Belgium-Luxembourg cost-efficiency, traffic risk sharing parameters and traffic scenario, and Belgium terminal cost-efficiency, traffic risk sharing, traffic scenario, as well as Belgium terminal capacity and the corresponding incentive scheme.

The meeting will take place at the Belgian Ministry of Transport, Rue Du Progrès 56 1210 Brussels.
