Invitation to the stakeholder consultation workshop of the Study on the Modulation of Air Navigation Charges

The European Commission (DG MOVE) and the Performance Review Board are pleased to invite stakeholder representatives to attend the first consultation workshop of the Study on the feasibility, contribution and impact of the modulation of air navigation charges. The workshop will cover the key elements and considerations of the possible modulation options, with a focus on their technical aspects.

This event will be held at Commission premises in Brussels on 23 April 2026 (9:30-16:30).

The workshop will be open to all interested stakeholders, but will include a final closed session dedicated to discussions with representatives of Member States and NSAs.
