Study on the development of the Single European Sky performance and charging scheme in view of RP5: Launch of stakeholder survey

Preparing for the fifth reference period (RP5) of the SES performance and charging scheme, the Commission has launched a study, which includes stakeholder consultation activities.

The purpose of the study is to support the development by the Commission of the future regulatory approach for RP5 by assessing the functioning of the current regulatory framework, proposing possible alternatives for the future rules and assessing their implications.

The involvement of stakeholders through a consultation process is an integral part of the study. To this end, the study team has launched an online stakeholder survey. The survey is open for responses until 31 May 2026, and you can access it via the link below.
