Maurizio Castelletti
Born in 1958, Maurizio Castelletti is a transport engineer who spent most of his professional life as official and head of unit in the transport department of the European Commission before retiring end of 2022.
He was one of originators of the Single European Sky and the performance and charging schemes.

Cathy Mannion
Cathy has an extensive background in economic regulation and corporate governance. Previously, she was Chair of the Performance Review Body and, until late 2021, the Commissioner for Aviation Regulation in Ireland and the National Supervisory Authority for the economic regulation of air navigation services. Cathy previously worked in the Commission for Regulation of Utilities and was responsible for establishing the economic regulatory framework for water services and for developing and implementing policy for many aspects of the Irish energy markets.

Patrick retired from French DGAC in 2024 and is acting as an independent consultant specialized in Air Traffic Management modernization and strategies. He was previuously the DSNA SESAR program director managing all Research, Innovation and deployment related projects. He was involved in the governing bodies of the SESAR JU and deployment manager. He has also a large experience on ATM systems, Communication, Navigation and Surveillance. He has been member and chair of the EUROCAE Council for several years and he is now honorary member of this standardisation organisation. He was graduated as an engineer by ENAC and he holds an active Private Pilot License.
Joe Sultana
An electrical engineer graduate who spent his long career to date working as a air traffic controller, managing a national air traffic service provider, as a top expert in air traffic management in EUROCONTROL delivering several European ATM projects and completing a 28-year EUROCONTROL career as Director Network Management. A member of the Performance Review Body for 3 years prior to selection as a member of the new Performance Review Board in June 2025.
