All EU countries will develop performance plans for air navigation services in order to bring about improvements and streamlining in air navigation services in Europe.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 549/2004⁽1⁾, a performance evaluation system should be established for air navigation services and network functions in the Single European Sky, in blocks of years or 'reference periods'.

The National Performance Plan adopted in accordance with European Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317 of February 11, 2019 is made available, drafted in English only.

The Romanian revised Performance Plan for the third reference period (RP3, 2020 - 2024) for the air navigation services was drafted according to the provisions of the IR 2019/317 and IR 2020/1627.
