Belgian and Luxembourg consultation on 2022 actual cost, 2022 cost exempt, 2024 unit rates, and the last version of the PP RP3

Dear stakeholders,

The Belgian and Luxembourg CAAs/NSAs are pleased to invite you to attend the stakeholder consultation meeting on the en route cost-efficiency KPA for the revised RP3 performance plan, as well as 2022 actual costs and cost exempt from cost sharing, 2024 provisional unit rate, and on the traffic scenario used. The meeting will take place on 31 August starting at 10h00. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, both at the Federal Public service of Mobility and Transport (Rue Du Progrès 56, 1210 Brussels, next to the Brussels North Train Station) and via MS Teams.

You are kindly requested to register by 10 August. Should you wish to participate online, the MS Teams link will be send shortly before the meeting to registered attendants. The draft agenda and consultation documents will follow.
